I hope you like the new-look ewilli.am. When the old site was revisited a while ago, I realized that the user interface reeked of contrived CSS styling and that the colors just sucked, so after a few minor modifications I decided to do a complete redesign.
It started with a set of color theory shades based on a gray I liked from Kuler, and then Twitter Bootstrap and a Tumblr later, the rest is history. Although the process was relatively painless, I wish I found this before I started - I’ve always found Tumblr’s online based theme development to be deucedly cumbersome.
Anyway, I want to start writing more, so this is a step forward. The plan is to write about the general web, my personal projects and client work, my reading, the deaf community and just about anything that interests me.
By the way some of the client work are at their tail end, so some of my work will be shared here pretty soon. Also I should be writing about PahVote, so keep an eye out for that too.
I’m on the way to San Francisco to visit DevBootcamp and family. Until then!
